End of the device of desfiscalisation “Scellier” after 2012 (08 décembre 2011)
Benefit from the last weeks with 22% of tax cut.
It is official, after 2012, the devices related to the law Scellier will disappear. To create in 2009, this law made it possible to profit from a reduction of income tax of 25%, decreased to 22% over 9 years in 2011 (or 32% over 15 years).
The law envisages to lower this rate to 13% at January 1st, 2012 and to remove this tax incentive for residences not BBC.
Unfortunately, no other measurement in favor of the locative is still designed to replace or compensate for this last device.
